Cancellation Policy
All refund/cancellation requests must be provided in writing and received by October 15, 2016. Refund requests postmarked after this date and on-site refunds will be generated only if the event is cancelled by the conference organizational committee. This policy applies to the registration for the conference sessions and the additional fees (guest badge, additional lunch, additional welcome reception and gala dinner). There will be an administrative fee of 10% deducted from each refund. Please submit all cancellation/refund requests to:
